How do I place an order?

  1. Place an item in your ‘shopping cart’
  2. Fill in your personal information
  3. Choose between the payment options
  4. Confirm your order by ‘Pay and Order’ 
  5. Check your email for your order conformation
  6. You will receive a Track and Trace code in your mailbox as soon as the order is processed.

How do I know which size I need?
Use the size chart in the product discription to make sure the glove fits perfectly.

Can I change or cancel my order when it is already placed?
No, if you placed an order you can not cancel or change the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@grepgloves.com .

I entered in the wrong address, what do I do?
Contact contact@grepgloves.com immediately. In many cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive the tracking code of your order in your mailbox as soon as the order left our company.

My order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, now what?
It’s possible that your package is not delivered in the expected delivery time. When it does take longer than one week, we recommend you to get in touch with our customer service: contact@grepgloves.com .

What if I didn’t get an order conformation?
After you have placed an order you will get an order conformation. Didn’t you get one? Check your spam-box, if you can't find your order conformation in your spam-box, something went wrong at the check-out. Please contact us as soon as possible: contact@grepgloves.com . 

Does GREP pay for international shipping duties and taxes?
GREP is not responsible for duties and taxes collected at time of delivery.

How do I return my item(s)?

Can I exchange my item(s) for an other item(s)?
Yes, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the bought product(s) within 14 days after you received the product. The product has to be in exactly the same condition as it arrived. In the original unworn and unused condition. Send us an email with the order number and with the change you want to make. We will process your change as soon as we received the item(s) back.

My order is delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
When your order is delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete you should contact us as soon as possible. GREP is not responsible for additional damage due to shipping and delivery. GREP is responsible for manufacture defaults, if they occur.
