Once you ordered your gloves you receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and personal details. All orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 5pm UK time. When ordered after 5 PM the order will be shipped the next day. Take in consideration that we do not process orders on sundays.
As soon as your package leaves our company you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code and shipping details.
If you ordered from an other continent, there is a chance that you have to pay additional taxes and duties. We are not responsible for the potential extra costs. USA and Canadian orders normally don't have to pay any taxes and duties as we speak in our experience.
When the shipping is delayed by any reason we will send you an email to inform you about the additional time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the bought product(s) within 14 days after you received the product. The product has to be in exactly the same condition as it arrived, in the original unworn and unused condition.
When returning your product please add this document Right of Withdrawal model form to the package and fill in your details.
After we received your returned package, we will refund the costs of your purchase within 7 work days.
If the size or color is not correct you can contact us through e-mail and tell us the change you want to make. As soon as we received your returned package we ship out your new parcel. We will keep you updated via email and send you a new tracking code.
GREP does not pay shipping costs for returned items.
